Stayed in room 1130 for one night and it was amazing! From reserving the room to checking the staff at the front counter was very polite, respectful, and very pleasant doing business with them. Stayed at the hotel for a birthday party and the staff there did an amazing job decorating, catering, and the girl doing the margaritas was beyond indescribable! She was so quick and friendly handing out the margaritas! Very delicious to say the least. The cook and the manager were both very nice and did an outstanding job making sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and I was impressed with how beautiful the hotel was maintained and looked. The house keeper working on the main floor the day of check out was working very hard and you could tell she took pride in what she did. Very nice clean rooms. Would definitely without hesitation stay there again! Thank you for all that you do to ensure our stay was beyond a 5 star rating!
Stayed in room 3350 and it was such a comfy and clean room. I checked in around 1am as I was coming from 6 hours away and I instantly fell asleep on the bed and had such a good nights rest. The surrounding rooms were very quiet and had no disturbances during my stay. I wish I had more time to eat at the restaurant as I only stayed for 2 nights but from what I heard, their food is delicious. I stayed for a family event that was held that Saturday at their reception hall and everything was just marvelous. The waiters made sure the guests had everything and was received with polite gestures. The lady who was at the margarita stand needs a serious raise because she attended everyone with grace and a big smile. All staff were friendly from the housekeepers to the front desk. I felt very comfortable at this hotel. I will be staying here every time I come to visit my family in Ontario.
A clean great stay in everyway, all the staff on cue. Stayed for several week in transition waiting for new home. They even served a hot breakfast! Sergio at the front desk and all the other staff were cordial and comfortable stay.I want to say thank you to the general manager David Chavez and his entire staff. Sincerely
Great hotel at a great price. The decor is beautiful. Nice big rooms and amazing beds. Everything was clean and the customer service was great! I’d stay here again.
