Love coming here but wish it was just for 6 month cleanings. Always friendly and teaching us the right way to brush and floss. Love that they have a postcard demonstrating how kids should fill out their address to mail their appointment reminder card. Hated that my kids didn't remember if their street address had one 'n' or two.
I had a wonderful experience at Gilliam Dentistry yesterday. The staff made me feel right at home as soon as I walked thru the door. The safety protocol was very reassuring. The team was very professional, friendly, and polite. Dr. Gilliam always does great work! My teeth look beautiful, I couldn't be happier with the results.
Great Dental Office. I've been bringing my children here since they were babies. I love Dr. Bruce she's amazing with children. My children love going to the dentist. The staff is always super friendly and kind.

I am new to the area and was recommended to Gilliam to support a black owned business. I was thrilled because It has been hard trying to find one here. The appointment process was smooth and the staff was very pleasant. When I arrived, I was checked and asked the normal COVID questions, to which I replied, that I tested over 60 days ago and was not instructed to retest after my 10day quarantine. The young lady politely told me that I could not be seen without proof of a negative test. I told her that I was neither instructed to, by the Health nor was that a requirement that was indicated to me over the phone when I made the appointment several weeks ago and I LITERALLY have just waisted my morning on something that was avoidable. I understand rules and procedures, my issue is with the lack of information available/given to new patients. And now I am waiting on the phone to speak to HR and I've been on hold for 25 minutes.
