Bill is great! All the reviews are 100% true. He will make sure you’re ready for your exam. He covers everything you need know. I failed my test twice before I decided to try taking classes. I passed 2weeks ago with a perfect score. I’m glad I found Bill, he’s very friendly and makes you feel super comfortable. No more driving like a grandma lol Thank you Bill!

Well I was a new driver , never driven before and was so scared to drive. With bill by my side he gave me tips on how to drive on the road ,always to be on the look out for cars and be a defensive driver. Within a couple of days of classes with him I had mastered the basics of driving and after 2 months , I did my driving test and got my license on my first attempt. Bill is awesome. He is an excellent instructor. I totally recommend Bill, and this company if you are learning to drive or want "basic instructions" (like me), if you haven't been driving for awhile. He is very punctual, and professional. I highly recommend this company for driver training

After all the raving reviews I expected to be greeted and treated professionally. Bill answered and didn’t acknowledge that I was on the phone the first 10 seconds. He kept conversing in the background until I greeted him. I asked a few questions about protocol & prices, but felt like Bill was annoyed & talking down to me as if I was dumb for asking. I finally asked his name and he replied “I’m sorry?” I repeated myself and his response was “I’m Bill the owner” in a cocky tone. From that moment I realized we would not do business. IDC how cheaper they are than competitors. I’m happy not many others had the same experience. Maybe he was having a bad day when I called. You should always be polite to customers regardless of their questions and ignorance on the matter. If not, hire others to answer phones and respond to feedback & constructive criticism & stick to instructing lessons bc that’s where all the 5 stars are coming from. According to him all the critical reviews are mistaken or he doesn’t recall but I took a screenshot as proof for y’all & wish I could have recorded the conversation.
