BUYER BEWARE. I was told at drop off that filing my taxes would cost the same as I had paid the prior year filing with them and when I picked up the price had increased by 133%. 1 3 3 % ! For a simple 1040 with no changes from the prior year- they more than doubled their charge. They offered no explanation for the price increase and were not afraid to be extremely rude about it when I asked. This wasn't the first time the price was more than double what I expected when I filed with them, although it was the first time I was given no explanation as to why. I am going to find a more decent accountant and I urge you to do the same!
