BUYER BEWARE!!! I would NOT use this company without VETTING them personally, doing your diligence AND getting at least 2 other quotes. REASONING? I called, introduced myself as a contractor and I was abruptly cut off and told "we dont work with contractors, only the homeowner can call us". I explained that the homeowner actually requested I call them and that they have done work for her before. "The girl rudely stated "I told you our policy is that we dont work with contractors, if the customer wants to talk to us they can call us". Two thoughts...1.) I've never heard any professional company out of hundreds I've used and worked with that has ever said that. 2.) The only reason I can come up with that any tradesman would entertain such a blanket statement/policy such as that it is because they charge unfairly and they know us contractors know better and have a sense of what services and supplies actually cost. Lastly, for a company with ZERO Google reviews, my opinion is you should start taking as many jobs as you can, doing a knockout job, surpassing expectations and subsequently enjoy the positive reviews, growth and experience. Stonewalling people with an air of arrogance while having no reviews is a risky proposition in any business, much less plumbing where referrals and repeat business is core of everyone I know who operates such businesses. Maybe I'm missing something here, but congratulations Ernies Plumbing on your first review!!!
