They only provide top quality work and it’s clear to see that their goals are to satisfy the customer/home owner in my case. The owner, Bill, was fantastic and made the whole process easy. I'm not usually one to write reviews since I believe that a company should be able to stand on its own merits rather than rely on uncensored feedback by individuals who may or may not have ulterior motives and/or agendas. However, this company has delivered impressive customer service in a time when many other businesses seem to have forgotten how to do so. Perhaps due to the isolation and lack of social interactions incurred as a result of the pandemic, I've noticed a severe lack of professionalism in many individuals employed in customer service. However, every member of this company that I have interacted with has gone above and beyond to deliver service in an honest, unbiased, attentive, flexible, punctual, and efficient manner. As anyone who has ever attempted a remodeling project knows, tensions and stress levels can run high during the course of such an endeavor. And yet, every employee of this company had the social intuit to be able to handle every meltdown with kindness, compassion, cultural sensitivity, and a calm, reassuring demeanor. It lends great credibility to a company's devotion to its clients when their own CEO is never too busy to sit down and explain the basics of plumbing to a nervous property owner. I would wholeheartedly recommend to all future clients to whom sensitivity and honorable character are as valued as structural integrity.
ShayCore is the BEST! All the staff are excellent folks who are prompt and take care of their customers as well as one another. They do an amazing job with all construction work, are very thorough and make sure it’s done correctly the first time. I can’t say enough good things about this business- what an awesome local team!
I've used Shaycore multiple times and one of them was a complete demo and remodel for a house. The company, staff and management are second to none. Very responsive and worked every detail until the job was finished. The owners communicated with me throughout the project to make sure I had everything I needed. The remodel was better than I could have imagined! Highly recommend and will be using them in the future.
