The finance manager was also very patient and helpful and e planned everything and answered all questions. I left feeling great about the purchase. They were professional and I like that they kept checking to make sure we were okay when things took a little longer and kept us updated. Great customer service. Thank you!

The paramount service delivery of the staff is amazing. The mechanics are the best in the business and are very knowledgeable. I went to Oak Lawn Toyota for my first car purchase ever! I did my research before going into the dealership and Manny, the lovely sales representative that helped me through this process, was very patient and really took into account my needs and added features into the vehicle I wanted at a great price. The dealership did not have the car I wanted when I arrived because it was quickly sold the same day, but they expedited the shipping of the same car I wanted and it arrived the next day. I was very impressed by the quick turn around and I do not regret choosing them! Manny was very personable and he made sure I was comfortable with my purchase and was flexible with the price. I could really see that he was happy to help me get my dream car and to make sure that all the features I wanted were included in the deal.
